Our time in D.C. began on Saturday, enjoying each other's company while watching the Baylor Bears crush the Jayhawks. Sunday was free-time, when most students visited various Smithsonian museums and landmarks. At night, a majority of us climbed into a tour bus to take a twilight tour of the national monuments. It was incredible seeing everything at night while it was lit up, and awe-inspiring to hear about the history of the Capital.
